What you’ll do as a Director Program Management Operations

  • Manage the implementation processes of continuous improvement to increase overall efficiency for multiple lines of business throughout the organization
  • Manage the planning and implementation of operational projects with significant impact the company’s results
  • Strategically align and manage operational project tasks and deliverables to reach overall business goals
  • Track and report project progress and ensure deliverables are executed on-time.
  • Serve as the liaison with the client to address various needs, concerns and expectations
  • Effectively communicate with company stakeholders and clients
  • Balance competing project constraints
  • Analyze data to interpret impact to business
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Minimum 10 years experience in senior management role within general construction, engineering or telecommunication industry managing large-scale and complex projects with customer facing responsibilities
  • Extensive experience in change management
  • Experience organizing and facilitating meetings, including creating agendas, guiding discussions, and reviewing outcomes
  • Skills or experience related to project coordination. Project coordination generally focuses more on day-to-day tasks and less on high-level planning, scheduling, or budgeting
  • High level oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software, such as Microsoft office suite & Google
  • Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting
  • Experience or knowledge of maintaining a formalized system that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. Includes Quality Control, Quality Assurance

  • Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments within the company
