Job Description

BryceTech is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our business development efforts by developing pricing models to optimize profitability and competitiveness, conducting competitive market research, and developing persuasive business and pricing volumes for our proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data-driven pricing models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to create winning proposals that align with financial objectives and comply with federal regulations.
  • Develop cost proposal narratives and business volumes, including supportable Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • Ensure proposal consistency and accuracy across all submission documents.
  • Provide pricing templates and guidance to BryceTech’s Subcontracts team for the creation of moderate to complex subcontractor RFPs.  Review subcontractor price proposals for compliance, accuracy and potential for further negotiation.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements, market trends, historical data, and competitive landscapes to inform pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and solicitation requirements.
  • Actively participate in proposal kick-off and status meetings.
  • Present price proposals to internal leadership, including an overview of evaluation factors, cost considerations, and pricing recommendations.
  • Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions with customers, vendors, and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain pricing documentation and records.
  • Review contract awards and modifications for consistency with submitted price proposals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in preparation of government cost/price proposals.
  • Preferred: Experience with GSA MAS and GSA OASIS.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial data.
  • Experience with IDIQ and Task Order proposals of varying contract types.
  • Ability to meet deadlines independently.
  • Demonstrated ability for advanced use of MS Office Suite and Adobe Pro/Foxit PDF Editor.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
