We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer Manager to join our team! The Manufacturing Engineer Manager is responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process. Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specification requirements. Effective leadership with a team working with multiple areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency
  • Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively
  • Development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process
  • Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specifications requirements.
Remote Position: false Min Compensation : USD $90,000.00/Yr. Max Compensation : USD $125,000.00/Yr. Bonus: 10% Variable Bonus of Annual Wages Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Required
  • Experience managing M.E. staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • Strong collaboration delivering exceptional business
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Proven experience in meeting required Manufacturing Engineering goals
  • Strong dedication as a team player.
