Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a key role in acquiring and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for phone and email sales, searching for and acquiring customer names, and working with CRM systems to facilitate sales and delivery. The SDR will collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing strategies and work toward the successful delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone and email sales outreach to prospective customers.
  • Research and acquire customer contact information to build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft marketing offerings and strategies for phone and email outreach.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and facilitate product delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales and product delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the building materials industry is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in crafting marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with the building materials industry.
