Scope
Work 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM Fair Oaks, CA Time (4 hours a day/20 hours per week)
Utilize provided tools such as Dialpad for making calls
Manage leads through the entire sales funnel up to the appointment stage
Collaborate closely with the business owner to refine sales processes
Potential for performance-based bonuses or commissions
Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads from Facebook ads and other sources
Conduct outbound cold calling to potential clients
Schedule and confirm appointments for the business owner
Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system
Send follow-up emails and text messages to leads
Enroll leads in email sequences
Confirm meetings and send reminders to clients
Achieve set targets for appointments and lead conversions
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or related fields
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Resilience and persistence in following up with leads
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts (preferred)
