Job description

Position Summary

As a Consumer Relations Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our valued consumers. You will serve as the main point of contact for consumer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Consumer Communication

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to consumer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, phone, chat, and ratings & reviews.
  • Provide e-commerce order/shipment support.
  • Offer accurate and helpful information to address consumer questions and concerns.

Problem Resolution

  • Track and record consumer complaints and feedback.
  • Recognize trending issues and forward them appropriately.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.


  • Product Knowledge

    • Extensive knowledge of our current products and brands to effectively assist consumers and provide product-related information.
    • Stay informed about product updates and launches.

    Customer Satisfaction

    • Engage with consumers to build strong relationships and enhance their overall experience with our brands.
    • Identifying consumers’ needs and provide personalized service.
    • Assist consumers with navigating their order/subscription and help guide them on using products and/or services.

    Experience

    Job Qualifications

    • 5+ years of customer service and/or call center preferred.
    • Experience in effective de-escalation while maintaining a patient and positive demeanor.

    Knowledge

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Preferred Knowledge:
      • Zendesk
      • Shopify
      • Bazaarvoice
    Other Skills

    • A professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Exceptional people skills, including empathy and active listening.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

    Other Abilities

    • Ability to handle high volume of inquiries and navigate multiple brands.
    • Collaborative, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to navigate multiple databases and Excel.

    Compensation

    $22 - $25/HR DOE
