Due to an internal move, an excellent opportunity has become available for a talented Senior Commercial Performance Analyst to work closely with our Member Health team. 

Reporting into the Strategy and Analytics Lead, this role plays a key role in delivering analytical insights and recommendations that enable timely and informed decision making to enhance member and enterprise value.

 

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Analysing data to measure KPIs related to program performance and outcomes against the business case

 

  • Using advance analytics techniques, systems and software to resolve key questions in a timely fashion by developing fact-based strategic recommendations

 

  • Performing complex data analysis, create high quality dashboards/reports

 

  • Presenting clear, logical and action-oriented recommendations and plans to business owners and Steering Groups

 

  • Enhancing data management processes, tools and capabilities by contributing to continuous improvement activity and lifting skills by sharing knowledge and experience

 

  • Ensuring quality and availability of information is optimized, including co-ordination and consistency in which the information is reported

 

About you:

To be considered successful as the Senior Commercial Analyst – Customer Health, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in data analysis. A proven track record of using Excel, SQL and Tableau would be considered highly advantageous.

You will have advanced ability in data extraction and mining. Demonstrated expertise in using extremely large, complex data sets to draw conclusions and effectively communicate findings with both technical & non-technical teams

Strong stakeholder management, ability to build meaningful relationships and clear communication skills are imperative.

An eye for detail, and a proactive approach to work will help you succeed. You will also be a big picture sort of thinker with strong commercial acumen.

You are analytical with a strong attention to detail and your problem-solving ability is one of your strengths. Your approach to work is innovative and collaborative.
