Within the Digital Transformation business unit, our team of experienced Strategic Change Managers delivers change strategies that will accelerate and sustain business outcomes. Therefore, our goal is to drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes to realize value for our clients.
IF YOU ARE
Having 4+ years of change management consulting experience and engagements in a highly matrixed client-facing environment
Ready to become a trusted advisor to a client and business development teams
Proficient in the application of business change management theories
Passionate for technology, its positive influences on workplace development and employee experience
A critical, strategic, and analytical thinker who accepts out-of-the-box solutions
Experienced in Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.)
Understanding transformation programs
Autonomous, highly flexible, and willing to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Confident in developing bespoke and tailored change management and adoption strategies
Accustomed to delivery of effective IT training

Build and implement a multi-faceted change management plan for the organization, and bring benefits to it
Apply Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to the business need
Deliver organizational operating model design
Develop and execute digital adoption strategies to drive engagement and utilization of digital tools and platforms
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their digital needs and challenges
Provide training and support to employees on digital tools and technology usage
Create educational materials, tutorials, and resources to promote digital literacy and best practices
Monitor and analyze digital adoption metrics to measure progress and identify areas for optimization
Create compelling content that aligns with business priorities, and engages stakeholders
