Your missions

Job description

You will be responsible for configuring, using and supporting the end-user side of one or more Open Source applications for our customers in the Benelux.

You will become the go-to person for all use cases, configuring of dashboards and workflows, integration setups with other tools, etc ... Depending on the product, this will be in either DevOps environments, where an understanding of what developers are doing on a daily basis is key, or in search/security environments or monitoring/reporting setups.

Profile

  • A degree is a plus but not mandatory, your knowledge and passion about technology and maybe even - Linux and Open Source are as important. You know how to use your broad IT knowledge in a business environment and have a passion for the usability side of infrastructure products.
  • You have good knowledge of dashboard concepts and basics or devopment environments - in that case CI/CD is nothing new
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a definite plus
  • Knowledge of the products we use is a plus, but not required. Extensive training is foreseen in the first months on the job
  • You have good understanding of Networking, Operating Systems and Applications.
  • You are fluent in at least two out of these three languages: Dutch, English or French.
  • Customer service skills: you always put the customer first. Your goal is a solution that works.
  • Communication skills: you make sure that your advice & documentation for customers and colleagues is accurate & understandable.
