We need an English-fluent Construction Document Controller, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Consistently deliver quality Document Control services based on subject matter expertise.
Monitor personal performance against the team's established KPIs and contribute to continual process improvement.
Work closely and maintain effective communication flow with other team members and management.
Work with cross-discipline engineering documents and discipline approval processes within a project team.

Requirements:

3+ years of previous experience in Document Control, particularly in Construction Document Management or Construction Quality Processes.
Proven ability to deliver quality Document Control services based on best practices.
Strong understanding of construction and project lifecycles, including third-party contract deliverables.
Experience working with cross-discipline engineering documents and discipline approval processes.
Ability to recognize various deliverables and drawing types and route according to the requirements.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
Contract Length: 6 months, extending based on performance.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
