This is a remote role that includes travelling up to 20% to 30% of the time, supporting the United States South Central region. The ideal candidate will be located in Texas (preferably Dallas) or a surrounding state (Oklahoma, Louisiana, etc)
 

 

What you can look forward to as a Service Account Manager: 

  • Maintain and execute the network strategy
  • Increase geographic coverage by extending the network to more Workshops
  • Support and develop marketing initiatives to increase the value of the network
  • Collaborate with Functional Teams to continuously improve the value of the network
  • Organize Network conferences
  • Build relationships with Partners by providing excellent service and support
  • Ensure all activities are directly and/or indirectly focused on sales of products and/or services
  • Perform annual Network audits to ensure network quality; identify gaps and drive corrective actions
  • Maintain customer database to enable network visibility

 

Your Profile as a Service Account Manager: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
  • Experience in the automotive industry 
  • Experience in the Commercial Vehicle market preferred 
  • Experience in the development of training content for program certification
  • Technical knowledge of products, systems, and diagnostic tools preferred
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office + PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
