Description

Birch Gold Group is a leading precious metals dealer, specializing in the sale of physical gold, silver, platinum, and palladium for individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and personal investments. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to educate them on the benefits of precious metals investing and sell Birch Gold Group products and services.
  • Actively manage a portfolio of existing clients, including providing regular account updates and generating repeat business.
  • Work closely with our IRA department to facilitate the purchase and delivery of metals into clients' IRAs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field OR a Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the precious metals industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with IRA rules and regulations related to precious metals investing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Salesforce, and Velocify is a plus.

Work Environment - The working conditions of this position include working in a remote fashion and autonomous environment. The environment must be free of distractions and provide a space to conduct business in a confidential manner. Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team in a remote environment.
