We are immediately looking for an energetic Account Manager in the hairdressing industry for Limburg! In this dynamic role you will use your flair, communication skills and drive to provide the optimal customer experience in leading salons. When you join our team, you will join the Full Service team of Pro-Duo, part of Sally Beauty, an international hairdressing wholesaler focused on the professional market. With 29 stores in the Netherlands and an extensive Full-service department, we offer an inspiring working environment. The Full-Service team consists of a contact centre in Eindhoven and a sales team of 12 enthusiastic Account Managers.


Within the Full-Service department we have an extensive range of hairdressing supplies and represent exclusive international brands. We partner with No. 1 brands such as Paul Mitchell, Kemon and JAGUAR and have been supplying leading salons since 1964. To achieve further growth within these brands, we are looking for you! In your area, you will be responsible for retaining and expanding our customer base for Paul Mitchell, Kemon and JAGUAR.


About the role....

  • You represent Europe's largest department store for high quality hairdressing supplies.
  • You will be the point of contact and partner of No. 1 brands, providing top service and sharing your knowledge of the trade to salons.
  • As an Account Manager, you will personally help salons succeed. Duties and responsibilities:
  • You are ultimately responsible for achieving commercial goals in your territory.
  • You expand the number of clients for our brands.
  • You advise and support existing relations with your expertise.
  • You work 50% on relationship management and 50% on new customer acquisition.
  • You generate sales & leads and keep your product knowledge up to date.
  • You actively identify trends and changes in the market.


About you....

  • You have demonstrable commercial experience in a similar position.
  • You have a passion for the hairdressing and beauty industry.
  • You work in a planned, structured and disciplined manner, with good prioritization skills.
  • You think in terms of opportunities and are a clear, empathetic communicator.
  • You dare to take the lead in conversations and are analytical, entrepreneurial and results-oriented.
  • You are a go-getter and see winning new customers as a challenge.
  • You can work well in a team as well as independently.
  • You are flexible and can switch quickly when necessary.
  • You are comfortable with Excel and other Office products.
  • Command of the English language is important for communication with international brands.
