About the Role:

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies. Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of current marketing technology systems, identifying areas of improvement, and leading the adoption of new tools and platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies in the marketing space.


Key Responsibilities:

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in marketing technology, process optimisation and is outcome driven. Working to an Objectives & Key Results framework, key responsibilities includes:


  • Marketing Infrastructure: With deep understanding of marketing interoperability, take charge of our marketing technology infrastructure holistically, proactively build scalable architecture & processes to improve client experience as well as pipeline generation effectiveness
  • Implementations & integrations: working closely with cross functional teams such as IT & ESI to ensure roadmap is deployed through seamless integration; Sales Operations to ensure Marketing to Sales processes are seamless
  • Process optimisation & governance: advocate & champion of a world class customer lifecycle process across the infrastructure, monitor on data flow effectiveness through our systems, programs & processes across sales-led, Product-Led & partner-led initiatives; reduction in operational frictions within the business
  • Enablement & utilisation: Ensure tools have clear benchmarks for utilisation & optimisation roadmap, documentations exists and end-users are empowered
  • Data integration & unification: introduce & monitor standards for data across our marketing data universe, ensuring hygiene, integrity, reliability, and accessibility; empowering our analyst & data team to create a democratised environment
  • Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with regulations across platforms and programs - Project management & sense of urgency: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring active feedback loop of performance & areas of optimisation
  • Innovate: embrace & introduce emerging technologies, AI & best practices; propose innovative approaches for improving our GTM strategies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in scale-up environment advantageous
  • 7+ years or proven track record in marketing technology management, with deep experience in customer lifecycle, marketing automation, data governance & implementation roadmap ownership - Strong understanding of marketing technology systems, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI).
  • Solid understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM), omnichannel marketing mix, multitouch attribution & impact to revenue generation - Experience with DemandBase, LeanData, hygiene & enrichment solutions such as ZoomInfo & Cognism; Clari Groove, or similar sales cadencing tools and methodologies; Segment and data architecture a plus - Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira
  • Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with data integration and data management solutions; including data enrichment & hygiene projects
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach to addressing challenges and driving solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.
