As the Product Marketing Team Lead, this role is a key partner to the SSG Hybrid Cloud Services offering teams. This role drives Product Marketing direction, messaging strategy, and portfolio marketing for Hybrid Cloud solutions and services. You will lead the team that brings Hybrid Cloud solutions and services to market, builds content and materials, creates awareness, and manages it through the lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop offering marketing strategy and plans for a technicalportfolioof Hybrid Cloud solutions and services.
  • Drive product positioning strategy for existing andnew innovationofferings.
  • Develop and evolve compelling narratives and value propositions ofsolutions.
  • Leadthe global introduction and rollout ofsolutions(launch and eventual withdrawal).
  • Support theHybrid Cloud Servicesofferingteam’s Marketing needs.
  • Partner with Offering / Product Management / Engineering and Delivery on roadmap prioritization.
  • Understandthemarket trends,customer requirements, usage, and buying behavior of aservicesaudience, as well as thecompetitiveandtechnologylandscape – be the voice of the customer and the market.
  • Create and manage the Marketing budget (for the portfolio) and agencies.
  • Create targeted revenue-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing activities.
  • Create and maintain sales content, web, assets, materials, and other deliverables (whitepapers, spec sheets, technical guides, tutorials, …).
  • Educate sales teams and business partner community about portfolio offerings.
  • Drive portfolio evangelization and amplify thoughtleadership.

Key Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive Offering Marketing plans and enablement strategy.
  • Compelling value props, bold statements, and messaging differentiation (focus on business outcomes).
  • Market placement and offering positioning.
  • Launch and offering introduction planning.
  • Ongoing portfolio marketing management –rack, measure, and report on marketing activities and programs (ROI).
  • Geo activation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in technology services.
  • Proven experience in launching and managing a portfolio of technical offerings.
  • People management experience or leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Experience in Product Marketing for a range of technical Solutions products with a focus onHybrid Cloud, Cloud and ina “as a service” business model environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills dealing with technical topics.
  • Strong writing, content development and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically.
  • Aptitude for technology and the ability to connect technical concepts with customer value.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing, business studies, or an equivalent major preferred + technical studies or equivalent.
