We are searching for a communicative person who is proactive and passionate about what they do. As an experienced Sales Rep. Senior at Mosano, you will act as a point of reference for our clients. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and strive to find the output that best fits them. You will also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analyzing of client data and complaints, and following up on business opportunities with clients by presenting proposals.

To succeed in this position, you should have

  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar role (mandatory);
  • 3+ years working for an IT Company (mandatory);
  • Good understanding of the IT Market and Services;
  • Experience with Zoho CRM (not mandatory);
  • Have exceptional communication skills;
  • Computer and basic problem-solving skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, psychology, or related field (not mandatory)
  • Good English level (written and spoken).

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

  • Market research and customer acquisition.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as HR to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience.
