Job description

Position:  Sales Development Representative

Working Hours:  Monday -Friday, 9 am - 6 pm CST
Salary:  $800-1,500/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound leads, ensuring responses are timely, personalized, and reflective of our high standards.
  • Accurately enter and manage all lead information within our CRM system, keeping our database organized and efficient.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria, referring them to the appropriate sales manager and scheduling interactions as needed.
  • Regularly review the leads and customer database for opportunities to re-engage and follow up, maximizing potential business conversions.
  • Compile and present weekly sales reports, offering insights into performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing updates, strategies, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Engage past clients to solicit testimonials and encourage online reviews, enhancing our reputation and market presence.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local venues, aiming to be listed as a preferred vendor and expand our network.

Requirements

  • Has a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar lead management or customer service role.
  • Has a prior experience with CRM systems, and familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Has proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
