Your Role:

As An Accounts Payable Specialist, You Will

  • Supplier Invoice Processing
  • Supplier Payments including running aged creditors report every week
  • Reconcile invoices processed in SAP vs Supplier Statements
  • Collate list of supplier accruals (month-end)
  • Address supplier and internal stakeholder queries
  • Communicate with Suppliers in line with AP strategy
  • Keep car registration and fuel card spreadsheets updated
  • Create new Supplier business partners in SAP after filling in the correct paperwork
  • Communicate with Millennium GMs and managers in line with AP strategy
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Maintenance of Linkt accounts.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
