Your missions

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website updates, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Foster positive interactions and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships. Track and analyze campaign performance to measure success and optimize future efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or any other related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or as Social Media Coordinator/Manager.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written).
  • With basic understanding of digital marketing and/or experience in creating collaterals and contents for social media platforms.
  • Preferably with SEO background as well.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools specifically Excel and familiarity with Marketing softwares (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
  • Keen to Details with strong organizational skills; has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain orderly records.
  • Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
  • Available to Work From Home.
