Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by using their perfect spoken and written English skills. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions and inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
