Position: Accounts and Admin Assistant

Location: Central Luzon and NCR

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day shift

Your Role

As An Accounts And Admin Assistant, You Will

  • Enter data.
  • Process invoices.
  • File electronically.
  • Load invoice payments and bank transfers (in and out) into software programs.
  • Complete invoice billing for the company to clients where necessary.
  • Issue utility invoices as required and collect payments.
  • Liaise with accounting support as necessary.
  • Follow up with the body corporate and individual owners regarding unpaid levies and debts.
  • Ensure all communications are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Carry out any other duties from time to time.

What it takes to be part of our team?

  • Minimum of one year of administrative experience (preferred).
  • Background in Accounts Payable and/or Invoice Processing.
  • Proficient in Data Entry (minimum typing speed of 60 wpm).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and workload prioritization skills.
  • Possesses a positive attitude.
  • Ideally holds a degree in an Accounts-related field.
  • Experience with Xero and MYOB is an advantage.
