Position Overview:

We are seeking for an Executive Assistant to support the operations of its Chief of Staff and wider management team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate with a sense of urgency, and manage multiple priorities with confidence. This role is crucial in ensuring that the leadership team is well-supported and able to focus on the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistance: Coordinate and manage internal and external projects, handle time-sensitive materials, and research new platforms and systems.
  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment, pre-boarding, and onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, gathering new hire paperwork, and conducting regular orientations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly as an intermediate Excel user.
  • Previous experience in a role supporting executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with scrupulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professionalism and a strong work ethic.

  • A degree, diploma, or certificate from a post-secondary institution.
  • Unflappable in the face of deadline-driven work.
  • A team player with a reliable and business-minded approach.
