Position: AU Bookkeeper

Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day shift

Your Role

As An AU Bookkeeper, You Will

  • Prepare financial reports and tax returns for companies, trusts, and individuals.
  • Coordinate tax documentation for accountants and ensure compliance with state tax filings.
  • Manage payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and processing of payslips for employees.
  • Process and maintain accounts payable records, including vendor invoices and payment runs for approval.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, monitor customer credits, and efficiently manage returns.
  • Assist in budget preparation and provide monthly and quarterly cash flow reports with commentary and trend analysis.
  • Perform day-to-day client bookkeeping and maintain client Xero files to a "tax-ready" standard, including reconciling transactions.
  • Ensure monthly maintenance of all client Xero files to meet tax-ready standards.
  • Perform month-end debtors and creditors reconciliations and reporting.
  • Assist in communicating with internal teams regarding billings, collections, and project-related financial matters, as well as other general administrative duties.

What it takes to be part of our team?

  • At least 1 year of Australian accounting experience is required.
  • Experience in bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Experience preparing financial reports and tax returns for group structures, companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders is beneficial
  • Proficient in Xero and MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
