Role: Associate Tech Lead (AI & Automation)

We seek a skilled Associate Tech Lead (AI & Automation) to accelerate our development and drive our AI solutions. You will lead the integration of our AI platform with third-party systems and enhance automation processes to optimize performance and scalability.

What You’ll Do

• Leadership & Strategy: Provide technical leadership and strategy for AI and automation projects.
• Design & Develop: Create and implement machine learning models and oversee best practices.
• Automation Development: Lead development of a scalable automation engine.
• System Integration: Design and execute integration solutions with third-party apps.
• Build Production-Ready Applications: Develop end-to-end AI applications for production.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Improve model performance and accuracy.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and support integration processes.
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and automation.
• Testing & Validation: Ensure integration solutions meet all requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply the latest industry trends to enhance systems.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaboration: Work with software engineers, product teams, and partners.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's or higher in AI Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in AI/ML with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Expertise: Experience with AI models and OpenAI APIs, LLMs.
• Automation Expertise: Experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier).
• Cloud Experience: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Production-Ready Applications: Experience in deploying AI applications.
• Software Engineering: Solid understanding of software practices.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Experience in improving model performance.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Extensive Python experience.
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Knowledge in ML/DL concepts and frameworks.
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with NLP technologies and LLMs (spaCy, NLTK, GPT-4, Claude).
• API integrations and third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
