Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent English and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • 1+ years of SDR experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup or agency
  • Eager to build hype around our solution (productivity) and social mission (gender equality)
  • Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling
  • Experience selling to executives
  • Able to ask great questions and display high levels of curiosity
  • Proven track record of meeting quota
  • Nice to have: experience with sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.), university degree


What will you do in this role?

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation that results in closed-won revenue
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers (executives) at prospective customer organizations
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Collaborate and share learnings with the Sales team
  • Attend strategic discussions to gain knowledge of our solution, value propositions, and customers
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales team
