Job description

Working As a Salesforce Architect, You Will

  • Analyze business requirements and align them with Salesforce functionalities
  • Design technical solutions in compliance with Salesforce best practices
  • Lead the development of IT solutions on the Force.com platform, ensuring the use of design patterns and native Salesforce features
  • Deliver presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and implemented solutions
  • Apply innovative strategies to address common project challenges
  • Develop and maintain tools and accelerators for future project implementations

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes in the banking and/or insurance sectors.
  • Extensive technical expertise, particularly in system architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading implementation teams.
  • Solid understanding of system integration.
  • Innovative mindset, constantly seeking new solutions.
  • Proactive, self-driven approach to work.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
