This is a remote position.

Salesforce Architect

Freelance - 3 month duration

Q ualifications :

Architecture & Solution Design

Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure to follow client’s architectural guidelines

Strategy planning and architecture of SFMC, DC (Data Cloud), MCI (Marketing Cloud Intelligence)

Design Data Cloud

Data integrations (salesforce ecosystem, website, data warehouse, etc)

Data model

Identity resolution

Segmentation guidelines

Design packaged solutions for SFMC

Web forms

Cusotmer journeys

Email templates

Reporting

Technical review of business cases and designing solutions to accommodate business needs.

Team Leadership & Guidance

Condust technical grooming sessions

Oversee assigned programs (e.g., conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members

Lead and coordinate the delivery team on the ways features should be implemented

Facilitate deliveries across an agile team to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and solutions

Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions**
Problem Solving & Risk Management

Assist with solving technical problems when they arise

Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve

Flag solution dependencies to the delivery manager and product owner to manage them beforehand
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Identifying opportunities to improve product stabilization, refactoring, and improvements for DC, SFMC, and MCI
Client Relationship & Business Stakeholder Guidance

Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives

Provide continuous guidance to stakeholders on the best industry standards and practices, ensuring the architecture remains innovative and forward-thinking

Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their ideas and translate them into achievable technical solutions

Be available to consult with stakeholders at all stages, ensuring that technical decisions align with business goals and are scalable for future growth

Drive innovation by proactively identifying and recommending new technologies or improvements that can enhance business outcomes
