Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Commission Heavy

Position Overview:

As a B2B Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients and managing their accounts throughout the entire lifecycle. This role is commission-based with the added benefit of monthly residuals on all active accounts you close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, digital marketing, cold emailing, SMS campaigns, and participation in local business groups to generate leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand potential clients' needs and offer customized payment solutions that best fit their business requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth: Continuously seek opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients and maximize account profitability.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the merchant services or financial services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
