The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the purpose of Job is to manage our orders for Hospitals, Wholesalers, Pharmacies, B2B & our Greece Distributor. You will perform customer management duties for our customer contacts and be the point of reference for all queries. This vacancy falls under CAT.PROT.L.68/99 - Disabled
The Person
•Demonstrable experience in customer service & master data activities, preferably within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry . Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the supply chain & CS environment.
•Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
•Good knowledge of most used software applications (Windows Office)
•Team working
•Attention to detail
•Accuracy of work
•Calmness under pressure
•Problem-solving ability and willingness to look for alternative solutions
