Your missions

What You’ll Do

Join our dynamic sales management team as a leader in Field Product Development, where you will oversee revenue levers and product deployment within our existing client base. Collaborating closely with key business leaders, you will focus on enhancing participant experiences and optimizing product adoption.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Partnering with leaders from various market segments to drive product utilization and improve client engagement.
  • Working alongside Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for existing and new products.
  • Managing the pipeline and overseeing product deployment in collaboration with investment teams to support revenue initiatives.
  • Crafting and implementing strategies to accelerate growth opportunities across advice, asset allocation services, and investment management for current clients.
  • Developing a roadmap that aligns product adoption with impactful consumer outcomes.
  • Measuring, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics to ensure progress and success.
  • Leading a diverse team to turn strategies into actionable tactics, mobilizing resources to meet critical goals.
  • Partnering with strategic relations and marketing teams to enhance the product suite’s value proposition, providing ongoing feedback to improve offerings.
  • Influencing senior leadership and partners to build consensus and drive results.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus.
  • Over 15 years of relevant business experience, particularly in cross-selling initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong record of fostering collaboration and executing effectively within high-performing teams.
  • Experienced in presenting to senior leadership, investment committees, and other governance bodies.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to influence product adoption among consultants, advisors, sponsors, and participants.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Passionate and committed to achieving goals through teamwork and innovative thinking.
  • Creative, growth-minded, and well-versed in industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Willing to obtain necessary licenses (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent) within 5 months of employment.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(153,000 - \)207,000 per year. Compensation based on location, experience, education, and skills, with potential for additional bonuses or incentives.
  • Time Off: Flexible Time Off (FTO) for salaried employees for vacation, personal time, or short-term illness without a set accrual.
  • Pension: Eligible.
  • Work Authorization: Currently, we are not considering candidates requiring immigration sponsorship for employment in the United States.
