Role Summary

Our client (a cybersecurity services company) is looking for a Client Account Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the service delivery team by facilitating change orders, renewal, and upsell business opportunities among existing clients. He/she will generate proposals, maintain accurate sales records, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Manage accounts of existing clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in account management, sales support, or similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
