Your Role

We're seeking a motivated Lead Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base. You'll play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, engaging prospects, and qualifying leads for our sales team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and implement effective prospect communications within various verticals.
  • Initiate discussions with key decision-makers at targeted prospect accounts, focusing on their specific business needs.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments to increase business closing rates by providing sales with well qualified, ready-to-engage leads.
  • Utilize cold calling and/or lead generation experience to engage with a high daily volume of potential clients.
  • Help build our Sales Development Representative team to support road development.
  • Provide insight into tools/technology needed to expedite the lead generation process.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience within road logistics, business development and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with strong active listening skills.
  • Experience managing a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Familiarity with industries such as Retail, Food & Beverage, Automotive, or Chemicals is a plus.
