Job Summary

We are seeking an amazing Manager to join our growing team as part of our Market Access practice. Real Chemistry is looking for driven, savvy game changers who are ready to dive into the trenches and make an immediate impact.

Real Chemistry’s Market Access team is a growing healthcare consulting practice providing strategic direction and solutions to companies and organizations across the healthcare industry. Our focus on value-based care, access strategy, policy, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and marketing aims to improve the performance of the U.S. healthcare system. Our projects provide invaluable client exposure and the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment. Our teams are made up of autonomous problem solvers who can research and analyze issues, then come together to communicate and present their work, both orally and in written form. We value high-quality professional work and pride ourselves on our ability to provide timely services that exceed our clients’ needs and expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research and analysis on market access-related healthcare issues.
  • Develop individually and collaboratively high-quality written deliverables, including reports, research papers, slide presentations, publications, analyses of relevant legislative/regulatory developments, and comments on proposed regulation and policy changes, including drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis, including interpretation and application, for clients.
  • Support efficient completion of client projects, including coordinating logistics, supervising key achievements, and monitoring budgets.
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering superior results for clients.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; advanced degree in related field (e.g., public health, health policy, health economics, health care administration, etc.) with training in statistics strongly preferred.
  • Excellent and proven research and writing skills.
  • Strong communication (written and oral), listening, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to develop creative approaches and solutions vital to resolve complex problems.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker, but phenomenal teammate who works optimally and efficiently as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines; timely and proactive communication with managers regarding deadline concerns.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Experience managing project tasks and team member roles and responsibilities without line authority
  • Professional presence, performs with a sense of urgency and with a client service orientation.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay Range: $90,000.00 -100,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
