Large Footwear Company is Hiring Multiple Customer Service Representatives in Texas!

Highlights

  • Fully Remote- Equipment provided
  • Preferred experience with email or chat support.
  • Pay: $16.50 Hourly.
  • 3 month contract.


Description

  • The Customer Care Rep 1 provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat,and email.
  • Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
  • Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions
