We are looking for you, a Customer Care Representative Export who will be instrumental in taking care of African Customers and that will bring value to the team by ensuring implementation of strategies and key initiatives that increase the effectiveness in our commercial and sales activities in the region.
Make an impact and drive improvements
As part of our Customer Care team, you will be a first point of contact for our African Customers, playing a key role in supporting our sales teams and team-working with several other functions within our company to ensure efficient and flawless service.
This role is a sweet spot between systems, data driven, export and the customer care activities, including the opportunity of optimizing project for Africa region.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager France, Morocco and Africa, you will have the unique opportunity to cooperate with a truly exciting team and colleagues from all over the world, working flexibly 3 days/week at our Hempel’s offices located in Polinya, BCN, and 2 remotely.
Key tasks
- Export Sales order processing in the ERP system as per the Care working procedures and credit notes management
- Customer communication management
- Audit missions point of contact
- Handling price lists
- Processing and running quotations and specifications
- Actively participate in the development and implement commercial strategies
- Working in CRM includes creating opportunities, Heets, Attests
- Ensure high level of customer master data
- Supporting and working closely on projects with Sales team
- Any general task and/or activity as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company.
What does it take to become our new team member?
- Experience in exports customer service or export delivery coordination
- Degree in Administration, Exports, Finances, Engineering or relevant area would be in advantage
- Experience in coating industry would be a plus, basic knowledge in paint technology and application would be an advantage
- Well-rounded Excel Skills including Microsoft Office package
- Good CRM & ERP (D365, SAP, other databases) skills
- Strong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and pivot tables)
- Solid analytical skills.
- Well-built networking skills with cultural differences awareness.
- A natural interest in understanding the business, the data behind it and the supporting Systems.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and consistent way in English and French - A third European Language is an advantage.
