Job description

We‘re looking for a charismatic person to fill the Senior Account Manager position.

You can expect:

  • Work on our great portfolio of selected ITMAGINATION Clients
  • Relationship management – you will be responsible for establishing productive, trusting, and professional relationships with key people within our clients’ organizations
  • Conducting business development initiatives
  • Market research, company mapping, as well as initiating and establishing contact with C-level representatives
  • You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team responsible for achieving your goals hand-in-hand

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in developing strong and long-term relationships with clients
  • Practical experience in using different online channels to identify new business areas within Client organizations
  • Determination to expand a customer portfolio that includes Fortune 500 companies, enterprises, and well-established startups (especially in fintech)
  • Genuine interest in the Technology & the IT sector and familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies
  • Experience in the sales of IT Development Services
  • "Can-do" attitude and personality with determination, perseverance, persistence, and competitiveness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish long-term relationships with C-level and decision-makers
  • Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Willingness to become a Buddy for Junior Account Managers along with the ability to lead and motivate the team
  • Experience with Team Volume Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
