Pernod Ricard is looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Product Owner to be responsible for roadmap definition and maintenance of Pernod Ricard EPM Solutions such as Tagetik and Workiva ensuring efficiency of Financial planning, consolidation and reporting processes both at Group and affiliates level.

Your key missions
In a context of Finance transformation journey, Pernod Ricard has implemented a new EPM platform with Tagetik at the center of Group Financial planning and Reporting processes. Our Collaborative Business Planning ambition is to continuously improve our processes to have as much reactivity in our decision making as needed in an ever-changing market landscape. The Tech capability product teams thrive on providing cutting edge tools & recommendations to ensure that we make the best usage of our technological assets and to always lookout for the upcoming evolutions that could benefit our performance.
The responsibilities involve leading and managing an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, and managing backlog prioritization to ensure the delivery of Business Value.
- Demand Management : Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlog and translate them into Features.
- Backlog Management : Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.
- Product Lifecycle management : Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO’s inputs.
- Product Catalog Management : Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates
- Incident Management : Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolution
- Resource Management : Estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization
- ITFM : Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product’s ROI and costs

Key external stakeholders : EPM solutions editors (Tagetik, Workiva) and our AMS External Partner
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset (roadmap creation, value monitoring…)
- Expertise in relevant product, with deep understanding of business challenges in the domain
- Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments
- Communication skills, with the ability to talk with both business & technical stakeholders
- Strong experience in Product management, Product Owner certification
- Strong understanding of agile mindset & practices
- Negotiation/mediation skills

You have an educational background in IT or finance.
You have at least 10 years' experiences working on Tagetik or other EPM platforms.
You have knowledge in Financial planning, reporting & statutory consolidation processes.
You speak fluently English.
You have experiences on team management (hierarchical or transversal) and demonstrate leadership.
Other technical knowledges:
- IT Product Management (Agile context): Strong capability
- Experience working with cross functional Tech teams – BI, support/AMS, solutions architects, etc.: Strong capability
