About The Job

The role is to manage a sales team based in Germany addressing the german named accounts. As part of the Keysight Go to Market strategy, this manager will be responsible with his team of the business of named accounts and will constantly thrive to develop these accounts, understand their business needs to grow the business.

About The Team

The team is a focused team of experienced Account managers. They are based in various cities in Germany and are addressing the named accounts (Tier 2).

Responsibilities

  • Leads the sales team to achieve business goals
  • Manage sales team to ensure highest engagement & efficiency
  • Guides & Coach permanently the account managers by on-hand collaboration
  • Execute account plans with his team
  • Develop himself relationships with the accounts management through extensive on-site customer visits.
  • Ensure Sales Funnel & Forecast are carefully managed in the Sales systems.
  • Ensure Compliance of business, Follow business conduct standards

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree: Bachelor / Master in either Business Administration or Electrical Engineering
  • 8-10 years of sales experience as Account Manager in Test & Measurement
  • Valid European drivers license

Nice To Have Qualifications

Experience of Sales management in Test & Measurement environment for at least 5 years.

Other Information

This position requires extensive travel within Germany with at least 50% of travel every working week.
