Customer Engagement (After Sales) with German and English languages

Conduent is developing a brand-new Customer Engagement Center for a world-famous automotive brand specialized in electric vehicles and EV Mobility.

We are looking for German speaking people passionate about providing support in After Sales as well as customer engagement.

What is important in your job:

  • Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
  • Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
  • Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
  • Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet SLAs.
  • Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner.
  • Gathers all necessary information to update the database.
  • Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
  • Explains company policies to customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship.
  • Understanding of the importance of accuracy and quality in customer interactions.
  • C2/C1 level of German language with B2 English language is a requirement – the assessment of the German language is conducted by an external vendor.
  • After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 7.00 AM and 11.00 PM, from Monday to Sunday and be open to work outside normal hours between 11:00 PM-7:00 AM for Roadside Assistance.
  • Target orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales.
