We are currently seeking a Senior Developer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Description: Senior Developer (ServiceNow)
Position Description:
Location: Remote

We are looking for a Senior Developer – ServiceNow. The ideal Developer brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in system and integration development.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
• Perform and document the analysis of existing applications, business processes, current issues, and constraints.
• ServiceNow Configuration and Integration: Configure ServiceNow to support and integrate within existing ServiceNow based platform and solutions (i.e. Members On- and Off-boarding Programs (MOP), IT Service Management (ITSM) or other integrated non-ServiceNow based solutions), including workflows, user interfaces, and reporting capabilities.
• Data Capture and Migration: Collect and migrate existing constituency office data into the repository, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution meets all functional requirements and is fully integrated with other systems. Pilot with a specific CDS-related deployment project. Address both normal- and special event-related work periods.
• Training and Deployment: Train stakeholders on the use of the repository and deploy the solution across all relevant teams.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience in the developing the strategy, architecture, and delivery of ServiceNow based applications (including but not limited to the following ServiceNow capabilities: Service Catalog, IT Service Management, CMDB, Workplace Service Delivery, Reports and Dashboards, UI Builder, AppEngine).
• Depth of knowledge of trends and best practices in the development of digital services management applications (ServiceNow based).
• Experience in generating recommendation for future enhancements and future technological capabilities.
• Have a college diploma or university degree in an IT discipline.
• Have minimum 10 years experience within the last 12 years in system and integration development.

Nice to Have:

• Be certified in at least one (1) Microsoft certification specialization
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of system and integration development methodologies and practices.
• Possess general skills in: business intelligence; data modeling; database development, desktop application development; enterprise application integration; mobile and web application development; programming languages; .NET programming; service oriented architecture; user interface design;
• Possess knowledge of current products and evolving technologies:.NET Development; HTML5 / CSS; MS Office Development; MS SharePoint Development; MS SQL Development (database, integration, reporting and analysis services); MS Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and Azure DevOps; JavaScript; Web Services (SOAP/REST); XML / XSLT.
• Public Sector experience
