Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential US-based clients for The VA Group.
  • Create a comprehensive list of leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Development team.
  • Engage potential leads via SMS or emails for our campaign.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a prospector or in a relevant role
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work on a US time zone shift
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude
Technical Requirements:
  • Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Webcam: Working webcam
  • Laptop: At least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Initial Rate: $1.50 per hour during your first 5 days of training.
  • Post-Training Compensation: Commission-based, released bi-weekly.
    • $30 per appointment held by Sales Representatives.
    • $45 bonus for each signed contract.
Schedule:
  • Full-Time (PST, MST, EST, or CST)
