Culture Projects and Integration Strategist

The Opportunity

As a Culture Projects and Integration Strategist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. You’re plugged into culture with a curiosity for how to cultivate dynamic people experiences in partnership with creative teams, program leads, and business stakeholders. Apply expertise in employee experience strategy to oversee complex projects, ensuring alignment with employee sentiment, industry insights, and organizational goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliver successful outcomes. 

You'll develop and execute project plans in partnership with stakeholders, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation while monitoring progress and identifying integration points as needed. You'll prepare and present project status reports, deliverables, and artifacts with a first-hand look at how a people-first culture can influence and drive organizational impact.

 
This role calls for a human-centered storyteller with experience in crafting data-driven narratives that tie business outcomes to people priorities. As a change agent, you will assess the impact of changes on individuals, leaders, businesses and stakeholders, fostering a positive change culture. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for initiatives and develop and solicit feedback from employees and stakeholders to incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights into project and program strategies.
  
You’ll help with tactical planning and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment, oversee the execution of key initiatives and special projects, all while embracing a creative, strategic mindset. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:  

  • 7+ years of experience with project management or change management 

  • Experience with design thinking, design research, business design, or customer experience strategy 

  • Experience with developing and implementing new efforts or projects  

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis tools 

  • Experience with crafting strategic communications, including creating slide decks using story telling 

  • Experience with fostering engagement across multiple efforts, projects, and teams  

  • Ability to establish cross-functional relationships with different departments and business units 

  • Ability to provide executive support and enhance operational effectiveness

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills 

  • Project Management Certification, including PMP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
