Days: Monday - Friday

Hours:  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you will:

The Minnesota Sales Executive will require a highly motivated individual with a customer-centric attitude, to be responsible for maintaining a customer base, developing new markets and obtaining new business. Work from home in the greater Minneapolis / St. Paul area and support our local lab ~ Twin Cities Dermatopathology.

   

  • Plans, manages, and executes effective sales strategies to hit or exceed territory growth and revenue expectations
  • Initiate and execute new sales for our best-in-class Pathology Watch digital dermatopathology solution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current dermatology clients and act as the first point of contact to troubleshoot any needs the doctors may have.
  • Educate and train clients on best workflows using lab ‘best practices’
  • Liaise between internal departments including sales, lab, IT, marketing and billing
  • Support and facilitate lunch presentations, educational seminars and tradeshows in the territory
  • Administrative responsibilities include timely territory pipeline and revenue projections, expense reports, and keeping account databases up to date
  • Customer focused – you are dedicated to earning each client’s trust and confidence
  • Ability to multitask, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision-making skills
  • Organizational agility in going through the proper channels to get things done
  • Perform diagnostic assessments with each client and maximize opportunities for revenue on a micro and macro level
  • Ability to travel to adequately cover the region including overnight stays, trade shows, plus other meetings. Frequent in person visits and phone / text communication essential

All you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare preferred
  • Residence in the greater Minneapolis / St. Paul area (majority of clients here)
  • Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and outgoing with a relaxed sales approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work situations and environments
  • Ability to prioritize, handle a variety of tasks, work independently and with a team
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, technology and Virtual Call platforms (i.e. Zoom)
