Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimising channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve top-line revenue goals.

You will play a critical role in evolving our website, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring our marketing strategies are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Design, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive profitability and growth.

  • Oversee the creation of assets for digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strategic goals.

  • Develop strategies and execute plans to grow top-line revenue through digital marketing initiatives.

  • Navigate and manage stakeholder relationships within a matrix organisational structure, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.

  • Lead efforts to evolve and optimise the company’s website to improve user experience and engagement.

  • Implement strategies to enhance lead capture and conversion rates across digital channels.

  • Continuously test and experiment with new growth strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and performance.

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring messaging is cohesive and impactful.

  • Measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and their impact on sales performance.

  • Collaborate with the content team to run and optimise paid advertising initiatives on various platforms.

  • Build a deep understanding of customer behaviour, competition, and industry trends to inform marketing strategy.


Requirements

We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment:


  • 7+ Years of Experience and a proven track record in marketing with significant experience managing digital marketing initiatives.

  • Expertise in managing and influencing stakeholders in corporate and matrixed organisations.

  • Strong proficiency in managing marketing campaigns across various distribution channels and platforms.

  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a knack for creative problem-solving and experimentation.

  • Expertise in SEO, digital campaigns, and optimisation strategies.

  • Proficient in managing and utilising databases to enhance marketing performance.

  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing is required.
