About the role


We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of this role and lead PharmaCare's vision in Vietnam.


The main responsibilities will include:

  • P&L Ownership - directly oversee the P&L for the Vietnam market, driving accountability for financial performance, growth targets, and sustainable profitability.
  • Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with PharmaCare's strategic vision, ensuring successful market entry and brand positioning. This should include a 5 year plan for PharmaCare, Anshen and growth in Vietnam.
  • Brand Launch Execution - Spearhead the launch of new brands, crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with consumers and enhance brand equity. As well as leading the registration process with the authorities and our partners.
  • High Performing Organisation - Build and lead a results-oriented marketing organisation, fostering a culture of collaboration, resilience and entrepreneurial spirit among team members.
  • Operational Management - Build and execute seamless operational management in order to deliver exceptional forecast accuracy and financial reporting processes.
  • Retail Partnerships - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and stakeholders, enhancing account management to expand market reach and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Market insight and Innovation - Drive a proactive approach to market analysis and consumer insights, identifying growth opportunities and adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.


About you


  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the consumer goods or healthcare sectors, with a strong emphasis on commercial strategy and P&L accountability
  • Extensive experience in marketing and account management, particularly in partnerships with leading retailers
  • Exceptional financial expertise, with a robust understanding of P&L dynamics and operational management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Vietnamese market, including consumer behaviors and regulatory frameworks.
  • Willingness to travel as required
