Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals to enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, customer needs, and a competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to create and promote products effectively.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
  • Organize and execute promotional events, and webinars.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, media and industry influencers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing 
  • Digital marketing exposure in ITES based organization is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
