Description

 Lamps Plus is seeking an Internet Marketing Manager to add to its Marketing Team.  The Internet Marketing Manager will play an integral role in driving revenue across its ecommerce and retail store footprint. The priority will be to support the growth of social and visual based media that is part of our channel mix. We are looking for a performance driven marketer who thrives in a team collaborative culture and who is passionate about working in the home lighting and home furnishing industry.
 
This position is remote  but the successful candidate will need to be West Coast based.   
 
Key Job Responsibilities 
  • Scale up our presence across paid social platforms (eg Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) through performance driven campaign programs.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact working with paid marketing partners and/or agencies to (a) guide campaign tactics, (b) provide internal data metrics from our business and (c) ensure that budget allocations are properly met or adjusted within campaign ad sets.
  • Create a strong reporting cadence that can share details of campaign performance, takeaways & recommendations for optimization that can be surfaced up to management on a weekly basis.
  • Work with our data warehouse provider to scope out deeper analysis of campaign performance.
  • Lead the creative brief process with key internal stakeholders from the design, content, video and social teams to test concepts into each channel’s media roadmap.
  • Proactively implement various ad formats, ad creative types (image & video) and ad copy messaging for continual iterative learning with active campaigns.
  • Activate 1st party CRM segments, look-a-like segments and 3rd party  in market data segments to evaluate the strongest ROAS/iROAS on different channels.
  • Deploy incrementality tests to be able to optimize media spend thresholds on paid campaigns.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, data privacy compliance requirements and competitor advertising landscape  to recommend additional growth strategies and channels. 
  • Support additional marketing campaign efforts and perform ad hoc analysis as needed  
Job Requirements 
 
  • 4+  years of paid marketing experience with an ecommerce  D2C,brand or performance digital agency managing multi-million dollar ecommerce related budget campaigns annually.
  • Hands on experience in Meta’s Business Manager , Pinterest Ad Manager & TikTok Ad manager
  • Prior experience working with an incrementality solution provider a huge plus.
  • Proven success driving campaign result based on ROAS/iROAS, CPA,  CPC, CAC and  LTV 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to report results in a concise and clear manner.
  • Independent problem solver that works well within a fast paced team.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.  SQL experience is preferred and has worked with large sets of data
  • Working knowledge of  GA4/Google Analytics or other web analytics tool.
  • Experience working with major ecommerce platforms (eg Adobe or Shopify) a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or other related field
Pay range: $70K - $85K
