The Team Leader role underpins the sustainability and growth of EML through the management of CTP Personal Injury Claims. The Team Leader’s remit includes leading and supporting a team of employee’s in developing the most effective return to work, return to life and recovery strategies and to deliver the right customer experience for CTP Claimant’s as per the legislative requirements and Performance Measures. 

The position also involves leading and supervising the day-to-day work activity, training and development of a high performing and customer-responsive team.  

This is a permanent, full time position based in our Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home 3 days per week, once you are comfortable in the role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilise appropriate feedback to identify, oversee and foster an efficient, collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
  • Ensure team members achieve performance and KPI targets as set out under the BU performance framework.
  • Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs. Deliver individual and group learning and development programs.
  • Clarifying and managing key stakeholder expectation and allocating appropriate resources to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes.
  • Driving the EML values and culture through people leadership and engagement. People leadership responsibilities including providing coaching, guidance, direction, communication, development and managing resourcing within the team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, Leading NSW CTP Case Managers and working within in in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Qualification aligned to Business, Commerce, Personal Injury Management or Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Psychology or Exercise Sciences) advantageous.
  • Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to satisfy a National Police Check.
