As a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Lead, you will be supporting the Director of Lifecycle Marketing and other team members in efforts to increase acquisition, activation & retention of our users & partners cross-vertically with efficient communications. You will also be responsible to provide expert guidance, monitor campaign performance, and recommend solutions for complex campaign setups.

This role is a good fit for someone with strong communication skills, analytical mindset and who has worked with lifecycle communications.

  • <point>With the help of Lifecycle Marketing Specialists of the respective vertical, co-manage automated cross-pollination messages in more than 50 countries for optimal performance.</point>
  • <point>Support teams cross-vertically with proper business frameworks, best practices & consultation.</point>
  • <point>Set the foundation for missing playbooks, update the existing ones.</point>
  • <point>Help the Director of Lifecycle with efficient strategy cross-vertically in order to maximise ROI.</point>
  • <point>Build strong stakeholder relationships with Head of vertical marketing, product and strategy counterparts.</point>
