Your missions

Title: Structural Manager

Pay: $76/Hr.

Location: Remote

Contract: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

· Document non-conformance tags for spacecraft structures

· Analyse variations to part print specifications which effect part form, fit, and function

· Evaluate and provide a course of action regarding the ultimate disposition of the parts

· Evaluates areas of non-conformance regarding defects arising during the manufacturing process and as compared to the product definition requirements as defined by the drawings

· Perform design engineering analysis of discrepant machined parts manufactured in an aerospace manufacturing facility

· For example, it may be used “as-is” with no corrective action, reworked to a condition that is acceptable for use, repaired, or scrapped

· This analysis will include performing tolerance stacks, stress, metallurgical, aerodynamic, dynamic, NDT, and heat transfer analysis

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a B.S. Degree in mechanical, aerospace or civil engineering

· 4-5 + years of experience with aircraft, spacecraft, launch vehicle.

· Desired:

· Previous experience with new aircraft or spacecraft fabrication

· Previous experience with aircraft MRO
